i kinda get the vibe that the image isn't really calling the games themselves left or right wing, so much as it's saying that the fanbases of those games skew heavily in one direction or another like most of the games on the left-wing side with fandoms i'm aware of have that fandom skew heavily left, and vice-versa for the right-wing side (Deus Ex is not a right-wing game but 4chan chuds loving love it, for example)

Which does have a bit of a smell about it, but I feel like it's more just cynical realism than anything else.
