bridgewater really struggled today. it was clear how the bears defense was giving up the deep routes and keying in on stuff underneath. Obviously the Panthers offensive line didn't do them any favors. I don't think CMC makes much of a difference that game. That 4th q pass to Moore was a TD with a good throw. Just like that red zone TD. Better throws and it's there. He's just too timid when things are packed in. Panthers were missing Gross-Matos and Short. Short is pretty much done, but matos will be back in three weeks. Bears were really keying in on Brown and Burns and the Panthers just didn't have anything else on the front line. Worst Panthers linebacking corps I've seen since 2010. almost certainly not getting Lawrence so just draft Micah Parsons. Panthers should have kept Bradberry over Shaq. I think you're going to see Bridgewater's stats take a hit in the second half of the season. Defenses have seen enough tape of him to know he doesn't want to push deep, and really kinda blimps it when he does. I don't know how Carolina addresses that going forward.
