i loving hate this quote every time i see it you can't have engravings on a "nanoangstrom" scale. one-billionth of an atomic radius is a meaningless figure. there aren't any particles at that scale that could be arranged to form letters, let alone anything large enough to engrave into. you're well on your way towards the planck length. a computer should loving know better

The only way sunshine is trying to be event horizon is that there's an entirely improbable insane guy trying to kill everything Of course to get there requires the crew to be idiotic (we've got to restart the sun to save all of humanity but let's do a high risk maneuver to respond to a distress call instead), which makes it more like interstellar than event horizon
