hello friends! it is something of a byob tradition to make and buy banner ads to lure unsuspecting post your suggestions here, I will certainly buy some and in the past other yobbers have stepped in to buy more (sometimes in ridiculous amounts). banner ads must be:

here is one that is just under 40k: e: banner ads often need an extreme crunch what is very good for that is ezgif.com "GIF Optimizer" https://ezgif.com/optimize sometimes you can get it down where you need it by just using "Lossy GIF" at whatever compression level gets you just under the limit, you dn't want to compress any more than you need to in this case, however, that didn't reduce things enough, so I had to first remove frames I ultimately had to remove every other frame (i.e. going down to 50% of the original frames), and then run the "Lossy GIF" optimization yet another thing you can add to the above in extreme cases is to first reduce the number of colors, that can look kinda bad though, it may be worth playing with though and finally, if you still need more reduction, try to make parts of your image the same throughout the animation (like put a solid area with some text on it or whatever), it will compress better.
