Roman will reveal the "high stakes" for his Hell in a Cell I Quit match against cousin Jey Uso at Hell in a Cell. Because apparently being a Hell in a Cell match AND an I Quit match isn't enough.
Otis will defend his Money in the Bank briefcase.... in a court trial? Against a guy who isn't even on his brand anymore.
Bayley (who hasn't signed her contract for her title defense yet) and Sasha both feature in the promo but aren't actually explicitly scheduled to do anything. A bunch of other wrestlers also appear but aren't listed as actually doing anything beyond "making a statment" ahead of Hell in a Cell.
Smackdown has been shifted to FS1 for the evening due to an NBA game, there are ZERO matches scheduled on the preview. This could potentially be one of the lowest ratings Smackdown has ever done.

See, this is exactly what Bryan Alvarez was talking about recently re: Toni Storm. Don't book a 50/50 match for somebody you're trying to put over, Zelina got in a tiny bit of offense at the start but that was basically ALL Bianca and it was a better match for it.
