Before the creation of modern medicine, societies were ravished by preventable illness, lacked of clean drinking water, and had brutal agricultural patriarchy to force women to spawn as many children as possible, half of them dying before the age of 2, in order to toil enough food to survive waves of famine. What if we went back to that?

Various golden age societies across asia, africa, and central america utilized technologies that were not rediscovered until after the industrialization of the anglosphere. Such advances in astronomy, irrigation, physics/architecture, and natural material use shouldn't be used in an ideal anprim society because white people discovered them after 1860.
