Yeah, but they've still been offering contracts to pretty much anyone who shows up on AEW. I think they offered Kingston one where they'd let him wrestle (and previously they'd only wanted him as a coach). And it's not like they weren't aware of Kingston, they just didn't want AEW to have him.
