Potato pancakes are the tits for breakfast. Blend a potato with half an onion, then mix it up with an egg, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon or two of flour to make it into a paste. Then fry it up in tablespoon-sized dollops.

I bought fresh stuff for lunch today but I might have to crack one open tomorrow. Also I've been awake nearly 24 full hours, aiming to crash out at 9pm. If this doesn't fix my completely hosed sleep schedule I don't know what will. Caffeine sources: Dr. Pepper, Co-op iced coffee. Co-op's stuff is alright but I like the Starbucks mocha bottles the best, unfortunately they're twice the price. Thanks  I'm only really doing it to morally support the wife, sure this little beer belly can go and its not going to hurt losing a bit of excess fat. 13st at 5'8 wasn't by any means massively overweight. Its been mostly just cutting out the poo poo and cooking everything from scratch rather than cheating with jars and packets. Most carbs are fine, but you can't over indulge on bread.
