The reason why complaining about theta or FCs being lovely and using slurs, or being chuds in general doesn't work, and doesn't get an answer is because it's seen as an attack against the org. Like if we poo poo on some FC for being a racist or a homophobic dick and he gets removed? From the point of view of TEST, that's a win for them, and illum doesn't want that. It's the same poo poo creep that makes it so that elysium on jabber has a 'no politics' rule. Problem is, we are all probably familiar with how gaming groups become radicalized and reactionary, and it's by allowing things that "aren't political" (like saying slurs) and banning people for taking offence because its too "political" to disagree with someone casually using the F-slur or whatever. The Imperium has backslid into shittiness over the last few years. You don't need to look beyond some of the drama from eve echoes to see how eve goons do not fit in at all with the prevailing culture. But whatever, clearly I'm just some backhand person from papi trying to sow discontent, and none of this is sincere.

i've never ran into anyone in any of the hundreds of fleets or gatecamps i've joined that has been an openly bigoted shithead so like i don't really get all this. i've heard people drunkenly open up a bunch of times about personally embarrassing stuff and they were met with kindness and understanding, and overall everyone just seems like a sincere good person so like i don't know what the gently caress you guys are doing
