Definitely in this for Corpo (puts you right in the middle of the game's main plot, immerses you in all the cool futuristic technology of the setting, and offers plenty of fun fish-out-of-water options when you get tossed onto the street), and still interested to see how feasible (and playable) full wizard builds end up being. Why play a cyberpunk game where you're mostly using your own primitive meat-sleeve to fight people?

change my vote to corpo, op

Every step, a fucking adventure.
Anyone else split on the lifepaths?

I feel a fallen corpo ala Neo is more - cyberpunk, but both nomad and streetkid seem really appealing.

So have any of the leaks confirmed the existence of a Gwent-like minigame? I know a lot of people, myself included, have been wistfully hoping that there is one and it turns out to be Netrunner.

Seriously, though, 'disgraced former employee of the main villains' is just too rich as a character starting point to pass up on in a genre about hypercapitalist dystopia and the counterculture that attempts to resist and subvert it. It personalises the main conflict in a really fun way.

It does look like someone used her likeness as a reference... but the eyebrows are too thin.

Just so happens I finally replaced my nine year old laptop with a Dell G5 15 I got during the doorbuster sale last Monday. With a tenth gen i7, 16gigs of memory and a gtx 2070, how well do you think I could expect this to run at 1080? I feel like this is definitely one that would feel better with mouse & keyboard than a controller, but not if it's going to run like garbage.

This is probably a stupid question but on PS5 is it worth it to install cyberpunk to the SSD? I wasn't sure if PS4 games throttle their loading or something to avoid breaking.

I'm going to be playing from an external hard drive from 2012 so I'll be sure to give you a trip report but I'm pretty sure that this video game isn't some kind of techno-sorcery and you can download and play it just like you would any other video game

Thanks! My external is slightly newer so we can compare notes.

I was mainly asking if it was going to be worth it to take up some the the ps5's meager ssd space for faster load times etc. but that's probably a silly question since the game isn't out!!!

The load times will be better and you'll likely see fewer issues related to asset streaming (pop in, etc) with it installed to the SSD.

A game can still benefit massively from an SSD, even if it hasn't been optimized for it. Anyone who has played a PC game in the last 10 years can tell you that even baby's first SATA SSD is a huge improvement over a platter drive.

Yeah I was just gonna say this.

I’d install it to the internal drive

It’s going to be worth it if you are playing the game a lot.
