The base damage on those pages don't seem to take damage from primary stats into account. For Hoodwink, damage at lvl 1 after adding the AGI stats would be 50-57. ...unless it's specifically a new patch change then nvm e: Hoodwink's skill details aren't loading for me but someone got them to show up

lol Oracle Ult is totally broken if the enemy team doesn't have detection. FALSE PROMISE UPGRADE Causes False Promise to have a 0.3 second fade delay invisibility. And that's throughout the entire duration.

Razor - Still Complete loving Garbage Rubick gonna be a problem i think lolol Powershot now becomes global, but after reaching its default range, it only affects heroes (max 1 hero). Impacted heroes will be killed if they are under 13% health after taking the impact damage. So idgi when you buy a scepter, it goes into your inventory slot, or into the new hud space? Or is the new hud space only for the blessing? And the bottom shard bit is only for shards, right? Or is the blessing gone and the scepter just goes into the scepter bit? Also lol on just releasing WR + Treant I guess. Also no map changes?
