Also the great grandma's lines were supposedly poo poo quality and nearly unusable, so the solution was to chop everything up like that

Difference is Boomhauer sounds like he's speaking, albeit in a mumbly way, while Rapsittie's great-grandma sounds like a corrupted audio file that someone chopped and hosed around with because that's what it is. It's clear they were trying to do a Boomhauer like thing but it comes off like she's a glitch in the matrix
