A couple of serious ideas. One where you start out godlike, mowing down enemies with ease but as the game goes on you have to switch to weaker and weaker armor as the one your using gets used up and you begin running out of ammunition until when you get near your goal you're nearly down to human status and the smallest enemy is now terrifying and you have to be smart about how you fight. Also, a WWII shooter where the civilians are a factor and where you earn more points by getting the enemy to surrender rather than shoot them. With most shooters everything you see is a bad guy and it's point and shoot at the smallest movement. I want something where you need to think before you fire. Shoot too many civilians and they begin to help your enemy or they begin to actively shoot at you. Getting an enemy to retreat or surrender gains more points than just straight up shooting them and makes it more likely that they will surrender in the future. Just blast away and the enemy will fight ferociously.

there should be a stardew valley mod where one of the farms you can choose is a lovely little apartment in the city and you have to grow everything on your balcony that's a mod not a game though so i also want to play a game like civ except instead of a bunch of civilizations in a randomly generated world it's a bunch of different stores in a randomly generated mall

Frasier: The Game I had a detailed dream about this like 15 years ago and it was a SNES sidescroller, and was a total licence cashgrab like that Home Improvement game. You could play as niles or frasier
