Dumoulin and Roglic have been named by Preidler in his statement about the drug scandal he got caught in. Roglic is tenuous at best but hes pointed the finger at Slovenia in general, Dumoulin was named by going to a training camp he was not allowed to attend before he then won the Giro.

Hirschi had a big year and with Sunweb changing sponsors, I imagine there were money issues involved. Gives UAE a good threat in the one-day Ardennes races and since Pogacar is their only real GC rider right now, he's an instant stage hunter at the other GTs.
