IIRC Cover can sponsor it just fine but she wants to be home for a while. And in any case as far as I'm aware most visa applications have to be done in your country's embassy and she does have the start the process again because a working vacation visa is not the same as a work visa.

Yeah I think Kiara's mentioned that she's pretty homesick. I think she just wants to be home and I can't blame her, being stuck in a foreign country for a year during the pandemic, cut off from so much, couldn't have been a great experience. Once the pandemic wanes and international travel opens up again I believe Kiara would be fine doing visits to Japan from time to time. Not sure if she would want to move there again, but if she did I think she would have a pretty easy time getting Cover to sponsor her.

That's the macros, pretty sure.
