No that's actually 100% legit. Without any maintenance cities would very loving quickly deteriorate and get taken over by plant life. Especially coastal cities or any area where active pumping is required to prevent flooding. It's why the roads along the coast in the NY are all turbo hosed with sinkholes and worse

It's rare that these companies ever provide any kind of numbers about player count. If there really were 1.3 million players playing the R6 tie-in event on Ghost Recon Breakpoint, I guess I can see why Ubisoft keeps supporting their "dead" games. In screwing-around news, I followed Patrick Wolf's video to build a less-than-optimized pistol build (Liberty/Memento/Chainkiller/Punch Drunk/Fox's/couple other things/Crusader/fixin' hive/Technician), and ran a couple challenging missions, rando world encounters, and a CP. Amusing, even though I'm still not twitch enough to speedrun that way. Although now I want a Regulus for headsplosions...

Regulus is a fun weapon for solo (and handles better than Liberty) but falls short in groups. If you want to make a build for it I'd go with at least one providence piece and punch drunk to maximise HSD (and hide behind at least a tier 2 bulwark to not get shredded when trying to kill stuff).

The Quadcopter just sucks in general outside of the mission areas that are designed for you to fight it. It's entirely possible it just materialized out of thin air on top of you in the open world; unlike all the foot patrols/activities it doesn't really have dedicated spawn points.

Check your map and see if the Quadcopter has a route. But yeah, it can sometimes spawn out of thin air and if you don't have an area to cheese it, it's an awful fight.Ygolonac posted:Maybe it was a Bulwark, whatever the Chonkus Maximus shield is. Some supposed leaks about Year 3 content made the rounds today. It's almost certainly bullshit, but here it is: Level cap raised to 50. New city. Survival mode type thing. A level cap increase is possible, but i doubt the other stuff just because of the amount of work they'd have to put into it. I don't think the 'new content' will be anything really substantive because there's no time for that if it's supposed to be out this year. The devs had no idea they were doing year 3 until it was basically announced from up high by Ubisoft. Massive is splitting resources among two other projects, and the "leak" claims this will be an even bigger DLC than Warlords (which had full resources devoted to it) while also including a bunch of poo poo that has been denied over and over for 2 years. Keep in mind previous leaks that turned out to be true had actual substance behind 'em. Warlords was leaked because some social media manager put up trailers early by mistake, and googling the name pulled up store/achievement pages for the console versions. The seasons stuff was all leaked when it was accidentally included in PTS files and was all but confirmed by the developers themselves in response.
