BFM and i ran some discord streaming tests, and are trying to figure out the best way to run movie nights with peoples local libraries. when that is happening the messed up subs will be a thing of the past, but they definitely made me laugh quite a few times. also amazed at how many times goon was said.

The summary of Saturday's film for those who couldn't join us: Indian police relentlessly pursue organized crime, beating information out of crowds in the street and shooting suspects, in order to make their new boss's promotion official and allow him to get married. Our hero personally kills several fleeing persons, executes another, beats a detainee, slaps a child, smacks down a man he believes to be a sailor for being disrespectful, and causes massive property damage in a foreign country. As a result some drug dealers are taken off the street. The movie isn't actually as silly as all that but it makes me giggle to note that the above is a actually true. |

this wednesday we are mixing things up a bit! trashed crew has volunteered to curate a list of shorter vids as a grand finale to international film month. head over to the trashed crew thread or the multiplex discord to discuss what weird lil short films you'd like to share with pals. we'll still bookend with the mysterious dr satan, i believe the last two episodes? i will make a trashed crew poster and make a real post tomorrow but this plan involves a bit more collective effort/involvement.
