Garrison could probably make a hundred thousand dollars a month taking commissions from furry libertarians. It's the holy trinity of money and h already has practise.

I know we all joke about Garrison being a furry and everything, but really, his art style doesn't lend itself to anthropomorphic animals at all, at least not in the way that furries tend to like. Sure he draws people "as animals" but it's usually just a basic caricature of a politician's face slapped onto an animal body. It looks creepy and weird.

Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, counties and municipalities the registrars may extend the hours for voting beyond regular business hours to permit advance voting from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. and may provide for additional voting locations pursuant to Code Section 21-2-382 to suit the needs of the electors of the jurisdiction at their option; provided, however, that voting shall occur only on the days specified in this paragraph and counties and municipalities shall not be authorized to conduct advance voting on any other days.

GA SB 202 section 31 revises GA Code Section 21-2-403 by redesignating the existing section as subsection (a) and adding the following subsection (b):

quote:

"(b) Poll hours at a precinct may be extended only by order of a judge of the superior court of the county in which the precinct is located upon good cause shown by clear and convincing evidence that persons were unable to vote at that precinct during a specific period or periods of time. Poll hours shall not be extended longer than the total amount of time during which persons were unable to vote at such precinct. Any order extending poll hours at a precinct beyond 9:00 P.M. shall be by written order with specific findings of fact supporting such extension."

GA SB 202 section 33 revises GA Code Section 21-2-414(a):

quote:

"(a) No person shall solicit votes in any manner or by any means or method, nor shall any person distribute or display any campaign material, nor shall any person give, offer to give, or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and drink, to an elector, nor shall any person solicit signatures for any petition, nor shall any person, other than election officials discharging their duties, establish or set up any tables or booths on any day in which ballots are being cast:
(1) Within 150 feet of the outer edge of any building within which a polling place is established;
(2) Within any polling place; or
(3) Within 25 feet of any voter standing in line to vote at any polling place.
These restrictions shall not apply to conduct occurring in private offices or areas which cannot be seen or heard by such electors."

And yeah, it's a return to Jim Crow. Sorry, Tony.

edit: Actually, the best part, given the Jim Crow reference: voters are now allowed to leave the line to go to a water fountain. (Three guesses on whether you get let back into the line in the same place.)

Honestly this is the most likely outcome if he tried. His art has a superficial surface layer polish, which makes him look better compared to the usual poo poo smears the other hack cartoonist publish in political cartoons, but everything else is actually poor to bad from anatomy, posing, and construction, to conveying action, color, and perspective. He’d have to price himself lower than his ego would let him to get any kind of bites

It was a Trump era cartoon for sure, I think it was one of the few where he was even mildly critical of Trump for not ending the Fed and going back to the gold standard. Garrison is weird in that he doesn't accept the Dow being high as evidence of a good economy (because he says it only benefits the already wealthy, one of the few correct opinions he holds, though for the absolute wrong reasons) but I'm pretty sure he also used "good economy" as one of the reasons for why Trump was a great president. So I'm not sure what he based "good economy" on.

I agree with this. The Mad Max stuff was terrible because it didn't really do anything with his message, and in fact often clashed with it to the point of making it nonsense. I guess it was fun to draw, though.

And Eli Valley indeed provokes feeling something. Usually a wish for him to learn how to draw!! He always seems like he's trying to imitate the awful UK toons, and those are awful even with people who are good at drawing.

This has been the trend for a while in conservative comics, but I rarely see "SCIENTISTS ARE EVIL" as nakedly as I do in the Torygraph.

The racism crow kind of gives away the game, doesn't it? Claiming that Georgia is being torn apart by all these lies and woke companies and virtue signaling -- oh, wait, there actually is racism? Like, it's just right there? drat, okay, then what are the lies, exactly?
Just like every other MLB vs Georgia comic they just label poo poo "LIES" and "FACTS" and don't bother engaging what those actually might be. Same spirit as Tinsley & Co. going "yep, just canceled for... opinions!"

Gray Fox, real name Frank Jaeger, was a mercenary and former agent of U.S. Special Forces Unit FOXHOUND. Originally a child soldier, Jaeger was the only operative in FOXHOUND to achieve the codename "Fox," the unit's highest commendation, and was decorated five times.[5]

Fox was Solid Snake's comrade-in-arms and friend during the Outer Heaven Uprising, but his loyalty to renegade commander Big Boss forced him into combat with Snake during the Zanzibar Land Disturbance. He survived his injuries following an intense battle, after which he was forcibly outfitted with a powered exoskeleton and subjected to intensive gene therapy. Fox later confronted Snake as a neutral force during the Shadow Moses Incident, in the guise of the Cyborg Ninja, before dying at the hands of Liquid Snake and Metal Gear REX.

Seems pretty straightforward to me.

PHOENIX (AP) — The CEO of a company hired by Arizona Senate Republicans to lead a re-count of all 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s most populous county in November appears to have posted sympathetically about election conspiracies in a now-deleted Twitter account.

Senate President Karen Fann announced Wednesday that an independent audit of the election in Maricopa County would use four firms, with a Florida-based cyber security company called Cyber Ninjas leading the effort. The Senate contends the audit is needed to to ensure that President Joe Biden’s win was legitimate.

Fann promised a non-partisan independent audit of the elections results before choosing Cyber Ninjas, which focuses on computer application security for financial services and government clients. But according to an archive of what appears to be Cyber Ninjas founder Doug Logan’s Twitter account, he used hashtags and shared memes popular with people promoting disproven or unsupported allegations casting doubt on Biden’s victory.
