Also did anyone listen to the new thing. The interlude? What's the deal there, my time is valuable

There's a lot of her laugh, but it's short and pretty funny.

Definitely listen to the interlude, if nothing else it is a great ad for hoping Taylor gets back soon. They all have good antics too.

I really appreciated towards the end where Branson picks up on what Chris is doing with de Bonesby's banshee story, and has the banshee pop out of the guy's chest outside of the story

I really wonder how much Branson communicates with Chris, specifically. Was De Bonesby catching on to the riddle guy gimmick immediately an intentional character moment, or just really good improv?

Catching up on my podcasts because I'm back at work and I love the medical drama episode, huge fan of Chris essentially doing Matt Berry's character from Darkplace and Carly's insane mortality rate

I'm pretty sure they went into this in Rude Talks of Chatting but I can't remember exactly what was said. I'm pretty sure it was more on the improv side of things?

Yeah, it was improv. They've both know each other enough that Branson just let him run with it, and then leaned into it in future episodes when he realized it was a good bit.

I just recently discovered this show and came upon the Riddle Guy episode. Branson Reese is shockingly skilled at speaking absolute gibberish and I absolutely love it.

Tom Kenney and H. Jon Benjeman could: Everyone knows the two for just one voice, but they each have a broad range.

Thinkin’ about Rude Tales names. They’re all great, but some, like Tactical Papers, really only work in the context of Rude Tales. Apollo Nasty on the other hand is a Rude Tales name, but is also just a good, funky-rear end name. It can work for a guy who thinks he’s really cool or a guy who actually is.

Someone called “Brian gently caress” could be a fun side character in something else, but would more than likely be gratingly juvenile. Only Rude Tales could make people think, “Holy poo poo you guys, we’re going to have the Brian gently caress episode in two weeks!”

Apollo Nasty sounds like a porn star.

Brian gently caress sounds like a suburban dad who wants to be a porn star.

For Albee, I think she is, which is pretty cool. They leveled up in one of the Rude Talks. Her new level was kept secret from the listeners, but they said it would be for story reasons that it's revealed, and we'd know it when we saw it.

I've listened to this whole podcast and I love it, am now the proud owner of a Con Pepe/Con Carne T-Shirt, and to comment on the latest episode I will never not find Branson doing a comedy French accent funny.

Also the music choices in this show are A+ and have me listening to more romantic composers.

I’ve just finished listening to the main show, followed by Come At The King, and these are some funny people.

Branson has a gift for nonsense, especially riddles, and CaTK was a nice opportunity for the cast to show their range.

Anytime someone rolls a nat 20 you know something fuckin delightful is about to happen, it's so good

It's so much credit to Chris and Branson for creating such an atmosphere of high-strung chaos that "I'm the SPOOKY NIGHT MANAGER, you're sleeping in a dirty room, give me all your clothes" is both perfectly in character and a logical solution to the problem and its excellent that the dice backed him up
