They trained the AI on the big datasets of anime images. Then the AI generated its own database of images it created that it determined met the threshold criteria of 'being an anime'. Those are the seeds. The creativity slider is the amount of, umm, abstraction, that the AI applies to that particular seed image, while still retaining what it has learned from the initial dataset learning. Sort of like the the unfinished horse pic...  Not exactly, but I imagine the creativity slider along the bottom of this image. |
