My partner sometimes is on juries deciding who gets some of these grants and if you are any kind of visible minority now is the time to make bank on your awful art because these things are run by the worst kinds of liberals who basically add up oppression points like in that fake Tumblr meme that conservatives would pass around to make themselves mad

I don't know what perler art is but maybe, it can take a few hours to write up your proposal and provide samples of work and stuff so if it has some actual artistic merit and you don't think you're wasting your time go ahead. I do know that sometimes they have more money to give out than applicants so they give it to literally everybody.
