I'm certain there was an instance of 2 same-day no hitters in 1990 and I think it happened in one of the other years. Mark Buerhle's perfect game was super close to another perfect game, too, IIRC

One of the nicest things about the Padres finally being good is seeing Brown & Gold jerseys dotting the stadium in away games. I went to school up in Davis and got so much loving poo poo from Giants fans for being a Padres fan despite being from San Diego. Viva la revolucion de Tatis!
