Crunchy is the correct answer of course (USA) but the puffs bags in Canadia also dual-labels them "souffles" which is incredibly funny to me so it's understandable to choose that route too

Crunchy, US. No question for me. The crunch is just better. The soft ones are sorta edible if you just suck on them for a while but they're still not as good as normal.
