I actually like races where the time gap opens up pretty early on because I think riders get more cautious when losing 30 seconds drops them from 3rd to 15th but this is a little much

He won by 5 minutes, and in the post race interview said he was on the radio worried that Pog was going to catch him on the long climb. He started that climb about 7.5 minutes ahead.
