Milk in your coffee should cool it down, what the feck. Even froth. Still, enjoy it how you like it.

a coffee machine puts out its coffee at a very drinkable temperature and putting milk straight from the fridge in makes it almost too cold

Concrete on that is probably around the grand mark plus the works to dig it out prep and take away waste. It's probably around the £3-4k mark.
Tarmac would be a better finish and the cost isn't much less than concrete but comes with added costs like back edge curbs and probably a drop curb edge on the front.
Block/brick paving is the nicest finish but also the most expensive route.
While concrete would probably be the cheapest and quickest option, it's not the best for a 15° slope.
I'm putting in a 7mx3m concrete drive in today at 11° and I wouldn't want to riding a bike up it in the wet.

Thanks mate, this is really good to know.

Follow up question: Block/Brick would be, what, twice the cost of concrete? Three times?

It’s cos they’re all living in Bath where there’s no loving sea, the dozy cunts. It’s like the panda refusing to eat anything except for bamboo. Let em die out. Darwinism.

While a grain platform can be used for corn, a specialized corn head is ordinarily used instead.

Depends on the quality of the paving bricks. You could be looking at £17-50 per m2 just in the bricks. That doesn't account for the labour cost or the hardcore and grit and again any sort of edging.
I would probably say around the £5-7k for a pretty basic concrete brick in herringbone pattern.
Keep in mind I'm just potato mathing In my head though

Last time I was in Brighton you couldn't eat inside still, so I was eating lunch outside the Theatre Royal, and a seagull swooped down to try and grab an empty box from my hand because I'd been sneakily eating out of the bag instead. HA, fool bird.
