Mustard has some neat, short videos on odd vehicles, mainly focusing on aviation. Civvie 11 is good if you like old school first person shooters. Kinda mystery science theater inspired. MarphitimusBlackimus in a similar vein has a video series about Half-Life's Goldsrc engine. It has a lot of quirks, easter eggs, and details that's surprisingly interesting. Rescue and Restore is a restoration channel that mainly deals in old toys. It has no annoying voice over and is very calming.

This is a cool little small channel with a guy trying to sail around the world in his sail boat. Pretty humble guy and deserves more support  (I know him cause he used to be a business partner with another YouTube channel / reseller, The Craigslist Hunter, who is also worth following if you're into that sort of thing )Just going to link 1 of his videos at sea...
