Seems like the Olympics are starting to wind down a bit, less and less medals up for grabs. Now is a good time to discuss some new and fun Olympic sports for the future. We have breakdancing coming in 2024, so there's probably no limits on the type of stuff they could get into the Olympics at this point! Olympic bombing (hold up CIA man) as part of the diving events. Competitors can use any of the diving platforms and whoever makes the biggest splash wins. Judges sit right by the pool wearing plastic ponchos.

I'm thinking some kind of pairing of events, so you take a shot putter (because I'm watching that now) and diving, and the athletes from each discipline have to compete in both and the combined scores from all four combinations is what counts.
