I'm thinking about getting hulu tv or fubutv this fall for cfb streaming. Both offer pretty much the same but hulu has espnu and fubutv doesn't based on https://thestreamable.com/news/hulu-live-tv-vs-fubotv-which-should-you-choose. Any opinions on either or anything I'm missing from either channel lineup?

I anticipate it will handle all the CFB I care to watch and I think HuluLive is adding NFL RedZone this fall for an additional $10/mo if that's your thing.

At least as of last year when I tried it out, Hulu Live wouldn't let you FF through commercial breaks during DVR'ed games which was a total dealbreaker for me. I spend the extra money for YouTube TV based on that alone.

I need BTN (for volleyball!), so my decision was between YoutubeTV and bundling Charter internet and TV - went with Charter. Probably going to cancel the TV half when CFB’s over, since the college hoops games I’d be interested in watching I’m either going to or will happily sit at a bar for.

Meanwhile the app, which is free as long as you have or can get a cable log in, has everything live and they have seemingly gone out of their way to hide that fact to try to force people onto peacock. I wonder if they add some Notre Dame documentaries and highlights in a Notre Dame section that will replace the Olympic section of the app.

Being ok by Kansas standards is winning two or three conference games and going to a bowl every other or every third year or so. Also I think we're jumping the gun a bit on imagining things here because I don't believe this is happening anytime soon for a second.

2019 UGA somehow ran a Flintstonian offense with a RB rotation of D'Andre Swift and Brian Herrien, it was like watching the football equivalent of Harrison Bergeron. Me, even if my overrated QB has a flatline case of the yips, I'm sweeping and screening and getting those quick dudes in space, but nah, let's take 80 hours to get the play down to the field and that play is "D'Andre Swift runs into his center's rear end."

I love the office but it ran too long and got really wrapped around the axle and up its own rear end. Not sure when would’ve been the best time to wrap it up but maybe when michael left? It had been flagging for awhile by then. I still think prime The Office is better than Parks and Rec though.

While we are on the topic on lovely streaming services, I've had BTN since its inception, first on DirecTV, and then later on PlayStation Vue and YouTube TV after I switched to streaming only in 2016. BTN was one of the first content providers to have a good app for streaming, so long as you had an existing cable subscription. It boggles my mind that so many services still depend on this rather than direct subscription, which is why I haven't watched an Orioles game in 6 years. But anyway, BTN's app would allow you to stream from anywhere in the world, and I watched a live game one night in Italy on the hotel's barely functional wifi, which was awesome. But then Fox took over the Big Ten's broadcasting and had their own app/browser based service, which then restricts you to being in the United States, regardless of your subscription to the Big Ten Network. There are tons of Big Ten expats all over the world. It's insane they refuse to take money from people who want to watch the games.

You gotta skip the first season straight up. I really didn't like any of S1, but S2-5 maybe even 6 are real prime sitcom entertainment. Parks and Rec was the best of those, most consistent, thoroughly upbeat, almost never mean, with great character payoffs for the most part.
