It's a render, they have a sin city spot colour thing going on for each month of the patreon. I think it shows off the render quite well, it is just hit and miss if I like what they are showing. Each month is a mix of genuinely good, cheesecake eyeroll and some spectacular but utterly huge and impractical centre piece that I struggle to believe anybody ever actually prints.
