I wish the armrests had an adjustable width so I could make them narrower. I'm short and still need to use a foot rest on the lowest setting. I don't think there's an adjustable tilt tension so it's kind of annoying to me when I want to lean back but still be supported and I end up sitting like this: I think I bought it for around $200 and it's fine for that price range. I've had it for 3-4-ish years now and it's held up.

I have one of the mesh office chairs Costco offered for $100 a few years ago (I think it may have been on sale at the time). I like it a lot. The mesh is breathable, the armrests are hinged (not that I ever move them), and my only complaint is the same as a previous poster mentioned that it began to squeak like crazy. Some lithium grease in the reclining mechanism about a year ago put that to rest and it's been squeak-free since.

Has anyone gotten the microwave popcorn lately? I bought a box when my store first opened a couple of years ago and despite it saying it was movie theater butter, I found it to be quite dry and had a funky aftertaste. Not sure if I had a bad batch or what, but I wound up giving the rest to my nephew who'll eat just about anything. Did I just get a bad batch, or is it one of those unusual things at the Church that just isn't good?

Yeah the popcorn is pretty mediocre, not very salty or buttery. I guess its healthier? At least that's what I tell myself as I slowly work my way through 40 bags

As a heads up, when I went on Tuesday I couldn’t find Rao’s Marinara anymore. They seem to have replaced it with something called Cleveland’s Own Little Italy Pasta Sauce. I looked it up and apparently it’s not very good; it’s just some mediocre marinara also sold as “New York’s Own” or “America’s Own” depending on the region. To head off the “lol Cleveland” comments - I’ve only visited the city once under less than ideal circumstances (someone was at the Cleveland Clinic) but I did dine at a nice Italian place.

Check back in a week or two, maybe they're just currently out of stock and will get it back in. The Rao's marinara sauce sells very well at Costco so I doubt they would just stop carrying it.

I just saw Rao's Marinara and I think it was an Alfredo sauce at mine the other day. They move it around on the outer wall area and sometimes in the regular aisles though so maybe look around a bit or ask someone.

Picked up the Kitchenaid food processor today ($69.99!) to replace the old-rear end Hamilton Beach that I’ve had for years and always hated, excited to try this one out! Also got a whole bunch of staples (has anyone else been having trouble finding the full flat of canned tomatoes? It’s only been 6 or 8 packs lately, and a different brand), including the Nongshim tonkatsu flavor which I love, although I always dress it up with whatever I have in the house. Highly recommend fresh ginger, lime juice, an egg, and a handful of the frozen stir fry blend. Mr. Music got some new work pants he really likes, and I was thrilled to finally, FINALLY, find a plain black zip up hoodie for $19.99. I’ve been looking on and off for months in other stores and it is drat near impossible to find a high quality one for less than $75, which is insane to me. PBUC. Our friend drove us there and we experienced a true Costco Miracle: almost the instant we turned into the parking lot, she got a flat. We pulled over to the tire center, she paid ~150 for the only tire they had that would fit her car, and they had it changed before we were even done shopping. Plus I’ll get that sweet sweet Executive cash back. Verily, we were blessed this day.

Hell yeah! When I went this week I noticed they stock D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes so I picked up a three pack. Then I dropped it on the way onto the house. So I've been eating tomato versions of everything. Tomato pho, tomato eggs, tomato enchiladas. I think it's actually improved every dish too. PBUC

My local church didn't have the 505 but did have the thin mint almonds which are loving dangerous. I usually also get the breakfast burritos in the refrigerated section but they can be a little bland without some sort of sauce. Usually I do sriracha or a tomatillo salsa (preffered) but this weekend I put some bitchin sauce on one and it was pretty good.

Yeah my plan was to get the 505 specifically for that use and others but such is life. I still have faith in the church to deliver eventually.

Are there any huge differences between Costco US and Costco Canada? Or even between different regions in Canada? Sometimes y'all mention something that I'm not that familiar with but I always forget to check in store when I'm there (east coast Canada, btw).
