Tangy means sour but without the unpleasant connotations that people sometimes use "sour" for. I think that part is more of a British thing but I can never tell because they will use lemons or vinegar as examples of gross unpleasant sour things even though they're actually kind of delicious???

I bought a bottle of their "Hamburger Sauce" (which is a newish product here) last year. I still haven't mustered up the courage to open it. What if I like it and it doesn't catch on and then they discontinue the product? What am I supposed to do then?
