Sense8 is absolutely fantastic, one of the most human, beautiful shows I've ever seen with a wonderful message, so much queerness and spectacular visuals. I'd love to rewatch it but I already have too much media on my list

Granted I tend to be pretty oblivious to themes in media and I have a bad memory, because I remember 3 as being mostly just bad and excessive. 2 I'd call uneven, and disappointing after the original, but still a step (or more) above 3. The Matrix sequels were overlong, indulgent, devoid of the smart pacing from the original and too mired in plot details over strong characters. So they did in a way predict an entire decade of horrible 3-hour comic book movie crap.
