We've talked about "dolls don't bleed" being a lovely twist to spring on us, but someone mentioned prosthetic/robotic limbs and Komaeda having those would track as a way to involve the same idea. He's the kind of manipulative shithead who'd use that sort of strategy.

So... we never were told if PEOPLE can go into the AI imprinting machine, were we? Because the only way I can see why Mai would have Komaeda's actual human hands is if she was uploaded over human-Komaeda (and presumably had work done on the face and body). Or prosthetics are advanced enough that they can sustain human limbs on lifeless bodies. Or Komaeda is a really convincing actor and will pull off Mai's face and go "IT WAS ME, KOMAEDA, ALL ALONG!"
