This thread is a trove of effervescent, tremulous and haunting bloops that paint a soundscape few dare to imagine, and even fewer dare to dream. Any savvy poster knows (all to well) that it takes something a little more than genius to structure these clamorous cacophony of chords. Whether your head is shaped like a melon or a pear, you'd be hard-pressed not to enjoy the bold bravery of these ostentatious, chaotically calculated tracks. Hints of Thorsten Quaeschning-esqe refinement merge with John Carpenterian DIY ethic to present one of the greatest offerings to date. If you haven't heard Signalnoise's banger '2330692' (colloquially referred to as 'I am PARTICIPATING in a nightclub, circa 1995 in a video game') or wologar's cryptic 'My Magnum Opus', you might want to sit down now; these standouts say more between the notes than what most books say between their pages. They said music was dead. They were wrong. Instead, these tracks claw their way out of the grave with a vigor not seen since Rutibex's masterpiece 'Rutibex Jam 1', which critics are still wrapping their brains around to this very day. They say no brain is long enough to fully envelope the crafted complexity, but any sound-head knows that's the true joy of hearing. I give this thread a strong to light 10 out of 10 stars.
