I love how the artist captured the 'oh noes' look in Hamdog's eyes and the sheer glee that Refurb gets from pummeling Hamdog

All the cat paintings look amazing for real.
In other news, i want so badly to put a treat in front of Lump's nose while she's sleeping, but the second she hears the treat bag crinkle she's on high alert. So now I'm sitting here with loose treats in my hoodie.

Adventures in pet janitoring: today at around 4:30am Hamdog got up and barfed in the hallway. It looked like a hairball - she's dumb and just likes to lick all the fluff off the floor/furniture/dogface until she pukes.

As I'm cleaning that up, I hear a truly bizarre noise from the living room. Kinda hiss/growl/meow that sounds like something Furb could do, but I've never heard it. I go out to check and flip the light on to see Furb, having probably jumped down from the top of the dog kennels where she eats, hit the ground and explosively decompressed out of her rear end. The blast diameter was probably 12". The look on her face was the epitome of "O_O". She's on new food this week so that's probably the cause.

Then as I'm cleaning that up, she starts beatboxing in the hallway. "Oontz oontz oontz". I got over in time for her to barf on some paper towels. So at least that's one bodily function I didn't need to scrub up.

God, I can't wait until we get hardwood floors.

I threw out a rug the other day because Alby wouldn't walk on it. He would seriously flip out and leap five feet in the air if he touched one paw to it. No idea what was causing it so out the rug goes.
