I got mine for free and wouldn't pay much more than that. They are good on gas unless you drive on the interstate (which i don't suggest...), then you're in the high 30's or low 40's. My tdi gets way better economy, is faster, safer, quieter, etc.

I was unaware that reddit saw all the car sale clearouts from youtubers as some sort of conspericy. Hoovie did a new video; not surprised at his choices for keeping (except the riptide blue Escalade, he sold that) but it sounds like half the fleet is already gone. While obviously the auto youtubers have insane collections, it sounds like their motive to slim down is extremely down to earth: the market is good, and they are otherwise very busy so they don't get to drive them.
