Didn’t Stile make some money from selling his site?
I got curious earlier today and did some digging. He did an AMA on reddit in 2012:

quote:

i sold stileproject 2 years ago [in 2010], and everything else since. i do have https://www.stilemedia.com left, which i post random crap on once in a while.

the last year i have been doing consulting for the largest porn companies out there, showing them how to increase advertising revenue and traffic, and i started my own consulting company for adult called https://www.atomicbuzz.com

i took a website started in my moms basement and with zero ad budget took it into the top 1000 websites on the internet traffic wise.

as far as how much i got for it, i get asked that a lot, but don't feel comfortable talking financials. it's enough to live a few years comfortably without working, but not enough that i don't have to work.
So I'm assuming he cashed out for somewhere in the 6 figures (maybe more, depending on how many Goldbelly cookies he considers to be "comfortable" and how long "a few years" is), and he still seems to do consulting in the adult industry. He's taken down a lot of his online presence, but atomicbuzz.com is still up.

If there was a documentary the moment Rich first got a case of mangosteen would be when the colors invert and the music changes to a minor key. "And that's when it all started to fall apart."

What about the time when he posted pictures of a stranger, claimed that they were of him, and got super defensive when he got called out on it? I'm hazy on the details, but I remember it as one of those early "oh, this guy really has issues" moments

I do wish Futa had posted the butthole pic instead of the cum pic because at least a Goatse-inspired photo would make for a fitting g tribute to Deer Late Richard.

i still deal a lot with mental illness but i try to keep my breakdowns private now. i'm pretty sure he started charging money for accounts because of me, and so I don't know how much I had to do with whatever wealth Lowtax was receiving during SA's heydey, but it's weird to think about.

Well, I'm not completely sure about it, but so far as I remember, it's a concept in literary criticism which dictates that only what's in the text can be used to judge an authors work.
Sometimes it gets applied by people trying to argue that the author is no more right about the interpretation of the work than is anyone else, but other times it gets used to divorce the author from their work in case it turns out the author is a right prick.
