just listen in with a uniden scanner and use the CTCSS code finder function on the local police repeaters, then use Chirp to program a handheld radio to transmit on the input frequency using the correct PL tone found on the scanner, then simply state your name, license plate number and that you have someone to report as a crime and they will help you the rest of the way

That measure of most popular language is why how often people google search for help with the language. Maybe C is just lovely and hard to use. Similarly, the one where python is on top is a measure of how often beginner tutorials are used. Again maybe python is just a programming language for children.

fellas I’ve got a truly absurd case here, cannot figure out if this guy (my boss’s son) is having a mental issue or if there’s some vast problem going on, could anyone maybe suggest anything I could possibly look into: He’s been having a recurring issue for 6 months at this point, that’s followed him through any number of new phones, computers, etc, from Mac to Windows to Linux, showing up a couple of days after he’s brought new computers and the like. he’s got rid of his router, apparently all his iot bullshit, and it still keeps showing up there’s not exactly a tremendous effect, it’s more like certain features get overwritten - his audio stuff basically doesn’t work, some windows 11 stuff is being overwritten by windows 10, his IP address appears to be sent to random addresses, occasionally crypto-related, when he had the windows xbox thing installed, it kept recording things, and whenever he tries to reset his phone, he ends up with Cashapp, Stripe and Solitaire installed I don’t know what to make of this: my best guess is that he’s either overreading things or affected by some bizarrely persistent crypto miner. he says there’s no common point for everything, but I definitely don’t believe that without proof genuinely no idea how to proceed, this has apparently cost him a job and is likely to cost him another in the near future

i mean the guy’s at least smart enough to pull the various ips he’s apparently being saddled with, runs a ping test and looks through ipconfig whenever he thinks somethings up, but also seems to thing google voice is causing everything? very weird everything

i mean its clearly something he's doing, considering its happening on multiple computers and operating systems (or yeah it's just bullshit) im just gonna throw out a wild guess and guess that he's loving with settings and poo poo because "he knows what he's doing" and it gets all hosed up do you actually have access to one of his hosed computers or is he just telling you this stuff
