browser extensions... let's face it, we all use 'em.
my guess is that the 'pos might use some quality extensions that I don't know about yet (I learned about SponsorBlock here, and it's 100% essential now for making youtube watchable).

so, which extensions are you daily driving?

here're mine (in Firefox):

SponsorBlock - as mentioned. essential for youtubing, skips in-video ads etc if tagged by other SB users
uBlock Origin - I guess this is still one of the best ad blockers?
LastPass - yes
Privacy Badger - blocks invisible trackers (I guess)
LeechBlock NG - for blocking websites. I've had all news sites blocked for a few months now and it's made my life significantly better.

peace and love.

lastpass is the all time #1 record holder for largest ratio of "yeah works fine for me" / "uh its actually really bad, because of this one thing, hold on i lost my notes stand by"

i was originally happy with agilebits and their track record, but they've had issues lately

https://www.cvedetails.com/product/45589/Logmein-Lastpass.html?vendor_id=9363 CVE: 6
https://www.cvedetails.com/product/63422/1password-1password.html?vendor_id=21111 CVE: 5

we used lastpass at an ex-job. each customer tenant had a unique entry in lastpass. we hit their upper bounds pretty quick and had to get on an emergency call because everything was broken and the extension hit 100% CPU on every desktop in fleet

not sure what is dumber, lastpass failing to perform boundary value analysis or my old job trying to shoehorn every customer tenant into their corporate password manager

- cookie autodelete - only retains cookies from domains that you've allowed. everything else gets deleted a few seconds after the last tab for that domain closes. gives a good tradeoff of not needing to janitor settings too much - sites Just Work while you're on them
- firefox multi-account containers - just for separate work vs personal sessions. sorta wish there was something better that used the underlying ff session container support. for example reflexively hitting ctrl+t just opens a new tab in the default session rather than reusing the current tab's session
- sponsorblock
- ublock origin

It embeds the graph right in the product page on Amazon. CCC probably does the same, idk tho never tried it.

Or you mean the use case in general? To show historically how low the price has been as a basis for comparison is pretty handy.
