i will say that this movie/book are absolutely not torture porn garbage (like hostel or whatever) and are legit good horror, but obviously only if you're into that sort of thing there is one particularly graphic scene but the bulk of the movie is psychological if anything

when we moved to the new place, before the movers came with our stuff, we ate dinner on the floor standing up, i hurt my knee somehow. it still acts up, a month later. last night i woke up in the middle of the night because it was hurting i think i'm just this way now

i was using it on my hands for arthritis but it really fucks up my stomach. i don't handle nsaids very well not a bad idea to dig out it out and use it as an excuse to eat a big meal though!
