Until the lions have their own historians, the history of the hunt will always glorify the hunter.
I get pissed off when I read about all this cool poo poo that everyone else is doing like sleeping past 7 in the morning and doing things they want to do when they want to do them. I'm a teacher and most of my time not spent raising my children poorly is spent planning lessons or doing work related stuff. Then I have to...ugh...spend time with my wife and family. So there's no time for me to just be alone and stare at the wall like I used to do. I'm curious to see what other goons do. My imagination tells me that everyone here is an engineer or a computer toucher but I know that's probably not the case at all. And well we all know that Jeffrey makes his millions by selling avatars so we don't need to go into that.

I'm a truck driver. So every time you go to a place to order food, I'm essentially the person who has delivered the produce to you.

Enjoy your meal!
Possibly keep in mind, somebody drove 2 hours to get your cheeseburger to you.

sup, bitch?
I fondle computers for work. Then I go home (from my home office), spend a couple of hours with the family, and then I’m too tired to do anything until I fall asleep. Except on weekends I don’t work and spend all day with the fam and then I’m too tired to do anything for myself.

On the rare occasion I have some time to myself I work on my car and sometimes drive it and crash it into a tree.

Hey OP, I'm also a teacher with a loving family, and I spend about 2 hours every night by myself each night. It's pretty good, and I recommend it.

You get paid for 8 hours of work per day and don't get paid in the summer. Don't let them bully you into working for free.

ASK ME ABOUT CROSSING THE STREAMS

I was an unemployment adjudicator (mini-judge) for years, but now determine eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid/EBT for seniors and people with disabilities. Every day now I get to help people who really need it the most. I got hired right when Covid started so it was a phone interview and then they mailed me a laptop. It has been complicated with the office being closed for 2 years and trying to do remote learning for kid but I figured it out. We were supposed to go back to the office on January 3rd but omicron…. My son is BACK on remote learning again but this time because his school is was flood damaged.

Side-hustle is I wrote a bunch of erotica like 10 years ago and I still get a few hundred bucks a month from Amazon/Audible from that.

For hobbies we do family stuff like science experiments together, plus I like to make custom cakes, little model houses, I just got him a 3D printer and we are learning how to use that. (Made a little piggy bank)

Let me think what else do I “do”…. Cooking/housecleaning/laundry take up a lot of my time, podcasts and audiobooks help with that. Mowing and yard work will start up again in a few months, but for now not a lot of work to do outside. I do really enjoy detailing my car, I got a foam cannon, clay bars, all that junk.

There was a GHOST here.
It's gone now.
I'm an animation designer. Covid sees me in a weird situation where I'm living with family, but also have an apartment and roommate that I've seen once in the last two years. I was expecting to be able to go back and work on the apartment in February, but my contract just got extended and I was asked to submit my portfolio for another project so IDK.

The only things I got going on outside of farm-y chores are scripting, baking, occasional doodles, and playing videogames with my sister. My nephew has also decided I need to play Hot Wheels with him, so I been doing a lot of that.

Real life ones! He just got a Hot Wheels track that does not at all go with his wooden tracks for trains, so I'm in charge of repairing them when they disconnect. (They are supported with wooden blocks and a catnip fish which he's constantly moving because no, the catnip fish lives under the bridge.)
