I checked that link and looked at ingredients and they have preserved butter called smen. I was thinking that was an unfortunate name but it turns out they have a flatbread called M'semen. "Mmm... Semen!" I reminds me of a local kebab shop here and the owner decided Cummin was a clever play on words.
