up to stage 5, this game gives me a headache. my eyes roll back into my skull every time a blue guy stands next to a wall and short hops 5 times before finally jumping high enough to be hit. stage 4 was easier than 3 at least so it won't be too annoying when I game over

A lot of the problem is stuff killing you the moment you see it or killing you from offscreen

yeah mode 7 only works with one background layer but theres more than just the bg layer with the scrolling effect applied (stage 3 metal bars)
