Tablet is candied to soft or very nearly hard ball stage which corresponds to 90% sugar things to 10% water +- solids that do not crystalize or solvate. All the water in the butter, milk and condensed milk will basically be gone. Somebody who's a candy scientist can probably say pretty definitively what the pieces are gonna weigh. I worked it out to about 1.3kg of solids which means about 145g of water left or a total of 1.4 or 1.5kg of tablet. Cute 2 oz blocks of candy. Seems fine for a treat.

Here’s some homegrown. Started lifting weights again so made my old standard lunch, wife is super grossed out I’m consuming it but it’s gooood. Low fat cottage cheese, a pack of tuna and Tapatio Mmmmmmmmm
