Nope, closest you get is Lillie and Lusamine for that kind of dynamic. The player character's families are complete non-entities outside of Norman. Hell the only other ones we know anything about beyond 'moved recently' is the X/Y mother being a famous Rhyhorn racer which gets mentioned by a few NPCs and the D/P/P mother showing up in Master Rank contests with her Kangaskhan.
