They caught one in my brain back in '96 and we're able to remove it. They also gave us pictures of my brain, I used to carry a wallet size on me all the time until my wallet was stolen. I still wonder how the thief felt when they opened the wallet to find no money and just a gorey picture of a brain with a huge hole in it.

my orthodontist was like this. just rows of chairs and screaming children. they did have a bunch of n64s set up so you could play games while waiting and listening to the childhood agony

i had a dentist that was somewhat open-plan, just partial cabinet walls between all the chairs. every chair also had a monitor, and sometimes he used it for showing you x-rays, but mostly he gave you headphones and let you watch netflix while he went to work. unfortunately the typical netflix show/movie doesn’t match up in length with the typical cleaning/filling appointment
