a couple years ago, they changed our outlook meetings to default to :25 and :55 now, which is almost never adhered to, BUT meetings rarely go over the :30/:00 now which is nice.

we have classes from 9 to 11:45 and again from 1 to 3:45. all meetings are held from 11:55 to 12:55 because that's the only time everyone is "available." every meeting runs right up to the wire and everyone has to leave early or be late to class. since the meetings take place over lunch, if you teach in the morning and afternoon, you have to eat during them or you won't get to. and you have to bring a lunch obviously because if you didn't there's no time to buy anything. i hate it. i would actually say the constant noon meetings are the worst part of my job. isn't a lunch break legally protected?
