i only tolerate cream cheese when flavored pretty heavily. i'd put stuff on plain cream cheese, but i think i simply don't like it and would prefer any other base to add things to. otoh i've also increasingly abandoned bread, making the one bizarre exception white toast. more serving an almost ritual role in some circumstances rather than counting as a real food.

i continued on readin the book and she gives the most astoundingly white-peep recipe for kimchi i have ever seen. some donny osmond-rear end kimchi. some conan o'brien-rear end kimchi. no spice in sight and it certainly isn't intended as a mulkimchi recipe either
