It could just be a thing where Lfrith sucked some of Eri's memories, leaving Suletta not remember what happened. A lot of the other bits of evidence are pretty weaksauce. The Pharact and Daribalde at least got a good showing of themselves in their appearances before getting totalled. The Dilanza got about 30 seconds of getting hosed the hell up by the Aerial.

I mean, it's just a customised version of a popular mass-produced suit. Nothing stopping Guel and his pals from making another one from a stock Dilanza (or parts thereof that they find lying around). Definitely don't think we've seen the last of the Darilbalde, either, although it seems likely to remain a villain suit. I'd guess it'll come back as Lauda's duelling machine.

Idk, other robots seem generally able to keep up with or surpass aerial in most metrics. Aerial isnt super fast nor super durable and its weapons don't seem to have any particularly notable punching power. It's basically all suletta's skill, the bits, and whatever additional maneuvering advantage the ai gives. There's plenty of performance enhancement it can get, the aerial seems to currently be an all rounder in raw performance on par with its peers.

Oh 100% but I'm talking about whether or not it can be upgraded. It absolutely can, the base frame without bits seems to just be "pretty good" compared to its peers, there's plenty of room to make it faster or slap on extra armor or whatever and have that be helpful in a fight. Those bits will absolutely body anyone suletta's raw talent can't take down though

It does seem like a reasonable match for the Nu Gundam, at least. Maybe a little more agile thanks to its ability to turn its bit staves into extra thrusters. Don't see what the Strike Freedom has that it doesn't, either.
