I have a suggestion for the thread  It’s good that people are posting sources more often but I think in general if someone isn’t sure of the source of art it’s probably better not to post it. A lot of artists really don’t like it when their work gets posted without credit, especially when people crop signatures out or reupload/repost things when the artist has specifically said not to do this. Haven’t heard of anyone who minds things like embedded tweets by the artist themselves though. (not aiming this at any one specific person by the way, but this is something that I didn’t know until fairly recently and I think there are a lot of people who don’t realize it either.) edit: I know mods have said to check sources to make sure there isn’t NSFW/bannable stuff on artist pages but just wanted to point out that there’s another reason to check too HOLY FUCK has a new favorite as of 12:28 on Dec 10, 2022 |

I don't know much about describe music syncing, but for me the original hits the beat drop with the pillar block contacting the ground. While in second corrected video the beat drops as the pillar is pulling back up which is what feels off to me.

It feels like there are too many different details cycling at speeds slightly different from the beat. Things like the Thwomp crashing down, Mario bouncing, or Peach's foot cycle sync up sometimes, but sometimes they don't. Both of them feel like they weave in and out of timing, I like the idea but they both feel off.
